  • 2 cups cubed cantaloupe

  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes

  • 1 cup red grapes

  • 1 cup rice milk (such as Rice Dream®)

  • 6 large mint leaves

  • 4 small cantaloupe wedges

  1. Blend cantaloupe, ice cubes, grapes, rice milk, and mint leaves together in a blender until smooth; pour into martini glasses and garnish each with a cantaloupe wedge.

Cook's Note:

For a party, add 1 shot of vodka to each glass and rim each glass with sugar.

Any variety of melon can be used in place of the cantaloupe.
