  1. Blend cantaloupe, ice cubes, grapes, rice milk, and mint leaves together in a blender until smooth; pour into martini glasses and garnish each with a cantaloupe wedge.


  • Cook's Note:
  • For a party, add 1 shot of vodka to each glass and rim each glass with sugar.
  • Any variety of melon can be used in place of the cantaloupe.
