I just don't like eating plain eggs, so when I got this recipe from my grandmother it immediately became my favorite breakfast food.

Pretty good! Had lot of leftover fries, so this worked well. Made it just for me and I liked it. I made mine with leftover, not frozen fries. Worked well! Lends itself to any seasonings you fancy. Read More
