"This recipe was from a cleanse diet I saw and is actually meant to be put in a blender and drank. When I saw the ingredients I thought why not just eat it and it's now become one of my favorite salads when I have ripe avocados on hand."

The flavor is definitely tasty, and yes it does have a kick! The execution, however, is lacking. The dressing isn't really's a thick guacamole-like consistency. I highly recommend ...

I've made this by mashing the avocado into the kale with my hands and omitting the oil. I also use bean sprouts instead of cucumber sometimes. Juicing a lemon over it is great!
