  1. Place ice cubes in a cocktail shaker; top with blood orange juice, vodka, and orange-flavored liqueur. Cover shaker and shake; strain drink into a martini glass. Top drink with orange juice and garnish with lime wedge.

  • Substitute cranberry juice for orange, if preferred.
