  • 1 (8 inch) flour tortilla

  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves

  • ¼ cup red bell pepper strips

  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing, or to taste


  1. Arrange roast beef slices onto the flour tortilla; top with lettuce leaves, red bell pepper leaves, blue cheese, and blue cheese salad dressing. Roll tortilla around ingredients.
