This recipe is amazing. I made it as per the instructions. I used tahini that I'd made from an ALL RECIPIES tahini recipe. We had this with pasta and it was so good. It doesn't taste exactly like cheese, but I like it just as well as pasta with a real cheese sauce. My husband and I loved it and will definitely make again. Read More

This doesn't really go well with pasta. As a dip for vegetables being more like hummus this works. I omitted the miso perhaps that's the reason this is far from tasting like cheese. Read More
