  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and oil lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange tilapia fillets onto prepared baking sheet. Place celery, carrots, bell pepper, and red onion on top of fillets. Season with Greek seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Lay a sheet of aluminum foil over the top and fold edges together to seal the packet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.

I tried it, and it was delicious! only instead of just baking it covered, I baked it for 20 minutes and then broiled it on high uncovered for an additional 10 minutes. I also sprinkled some chil...

This recipe was good. Next time I would like all the veggies cut in smaller pieces. Also, I would prefer more seasoning and adding some garlic. A good healthy recipe though!
