I hope you people like this recipe as much as I do. It was given to me by a friend a few years ago when I asked for a dressing recipe for green salad. This is very smooth and fantastic-tasting. Store, covered, in the refrigerator. Use within a few hours to prevent discoloration.

This was good! I opted to use this as a dip for tortilla chips and that worked very well. I did add some salt but that was my preference and my only change. This is on the thicker side so to use it as a dressing you may have to thin it out a bit more. Thanks for sharing.:) Read More

I made it, but added a little garlic. Great recipe. A keeper. I have a freezee pop maker so I stored it like this per serving. when ready to use just cut open. No color turning because no air getting at it. Kept in the frig, but could put in the freezer. Read More
