  1. Combine chili powder, cumin, cornstarch, paprika, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper together in an airtight container. Seal container and shake to mix.


  • Cook's Note:
  • Use 2 to 4 tablespoons of the seasoning mix to every one pound of ground beef. Once the beef is cooked, add 1 cup hot water and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes.

This worked fine for me. I used the whole amount on 3/4 pound of ground beef though. I left out the salt and used a saltless version of seasoned salt. Thank you cbowen76 for the recipe.
