Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Combine chili powder, cumin, cornstarch, paprika, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper together in an airtight container. Seal container and shake to mix.

Cook's Note:

Use 2 to 4 tablespoons of the seasoning mix to every one pound of ground beef. Once the beef is cooked, add 1 cup hot water and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes.
