  1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook shells in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Stir together cooked pasta shells, milk, butter and cheese packet. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold in spinach and artichokes. Top with panko crumbs.
