This throw together dish has been a lifesaver; working full-time and taking care of my disabled fiance doesn't leave much time for cooking. He loves this, I love it, and the kids love it!

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease, leaving meat in the skillet. Add pasta sauce to beef and stir to combine. Pour sauce mixture over biscuit pieces to cover completely. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese over the top.

  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is bubbling and biscuits are cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes.

Cook's Notes:

Add Manwich(R) seasoning or taco seasoning to the pasta sauce, if desired.

You can use any ground meat in place of the ground beef, if desired.

Very tasty and filling. You can add different pizza toppings such as veggies or pepperoni to change the taste and make it more "pizza-like." Read More

My family enjoyed this casserole and it was so easy to make. I added chopped onions to the meat as I fried it and then added garlic and a littl Italian seasoning to the meat and sauce layer. Read More

This was delicious! I added chopped up pepperoni and bacon bits, and sprinkled with pizza spice. I also cooked it an extra 10 minutes to make sure the biscuits got done. I will definitely be making this again! Read More
