made it as written. Usually I modify recipies. This is spot on! Blended it in a bullet blender. Make sure to chop the garlic first. Topped salad with feta and olives-made with lemon greek chicken-great together!Read More

This was ok. I took the suggestion of some previous reviewers and halved the oregano. Next time I will use the full amount, but halve the dijon mustard.Read More

Nice! I used white balsamic vinegar (I prefer it to the regular), and just shook everything up in a jar b/c I was too lazy to pull our the food processor, lol. Nice combo of flavors and very tasty on our dinner salads tonight. I would make this again! Thanks for sharing. :)
Very good! I used honey ginger white balsamic vinegar and tarragon Dijon mustard. Tastes fantastic!
So easy to make with few ingredients for an excellent balsamic dressing! I only did half of the oregano, which I'd do again. I don't like when one spice overpowers anything. My balsamic vinegar was very good quality, so that may make a difference. It doesn't make a large amount, so I would double the recipe the next time. This is a keeper and thanks! UPDATE 5/14/20: For a half recipe, just mixed all in small bowl and streamed in EVOO and used garlic powder. Will have in a spinach salad.
This is a simple easy to make recipe that is very good. Next time I may cut back just a bit on the honey.
This dressing is easy to make, and has a great taste. Wouldn't change a thing.
Very good! I'll just use a little less oregano next time.
I have made this so many times! prefer white balsamic. I also use maple syrup in place of the honey. Basil is also a great addition. I just dump everything into a bowl using a stick blender to emulsify.
This was a little stronger and darker than the picture looks but really good. Put it over roasted veggies.
Didn’t have any mustard so omitted that but it was still SO delicious!!
Followed recipe as written. Perfect, easy and so much better than anything you can buy in the store.
Make & shake in jar. I add slices of onions and put in my salad - it's devine ! Thanks for the recipe.
I liked it a lot, I only added a little more balsamic vinegar.
This was delicious! I wouldn't make any changes. Perfect.
My husband and I love this dressing!
Easy to make. Great taste.
We had stuff for salad but silly me forgot to pick up a dressing I like. I found this and had everything for it, so I made it and threw it on top of a salad with dried cranberries, slices of tomato and crunchy jalapeno. It was quite yummy. I will definitely make it again.
Love this versatile and tasty dressing. No changes needed.
I added some parsley and used regular mustard. My husband and I simply love it
I really enjoy it, I didn't make any changes and have been having it daily with my salad
This dressing was wonderful. It certainly will be my "go to" from now on!
It doesn’t get any better. This is delicious as written and that is how I made it. You might want to double or triple this recipe so you have it on hand.
Great taste, easy to make.
Is that ever good, i could eat that stuff with a spoon.... Yummers
OMG! My new favorite salad dressing! I made it according to the recipe and even my husband, who doesn't like any balsamic dressings, loved this one.
Absolutely delicious!! This is my new go to dressing. Can't wait to try it as a marinade on chicken.
Easy to make. I used white balsamic. Best if made at least a day ahead to allow flavours to meld. I am not big on salt but thus does need a bit.
No. Hangers, perfect as is! Yummy!
I think this is the best balsamic vinaigrette recipe I have ever tried. The only change I made was using white balsamic vinegar because that's all I had. I too didn't want to drag out the food processor, so I used my salad shaker jar and shook it vigorously. The salad dressing ingredients combined beautifully using this method.
This was ok. I took the suggestion of some previous reviewers and halved the oregano. Next time I will use the full amount, but halve the dijon mustard.
Delicious and simple.
I really enjoyed this dressing. It is on the sweet side of a vinaigrette. Easy to make.
This dressing is amazing. I used maple syrup instead of honey.
Made the night before (as written) to allow flavour fusion..... so delicious — will make again!
I just made this today. I made the exact recipe except I didn't realise it was supposed to be blended...I just shook all the ingredients together in a bottle. It's probably the best salad dressing I've ever made! Shared to Facebook for my friends and family to try ??
Only change, I didn't have honey so I used agave.........ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!
i loved it! i didnt have dijon but used regular mustard (organic). kiddos didnt like it, but I didnt expect them to. if you like vinegarettes then you'll like it.
No changes to this recipe and it was really delicious! The combination of all the ingredients was spot on. I used 18 year balsamic vinegar and regular EVOO (with a slash of herb olive oil). This is my new favorite salad.
I used pink Pure Himalayan Ancient Sea Salt, only because I had a jar of that on hand. Very nice blend of flavors!
Ballpark’d the recipe, shook it up and ate within a few minutes. Awesome! I cannot wait to try this again after the ingredients mix for a bit
So good taste . Perfect
I've made this twice and will keep on making it. Will never buy balsamic dressing again!
love this! I make it often. Sometimes, I use a bit of sugar if I'm out of honey. Delicious! I just whisk it with a fork if I don't want to pull out the blender or food processor.
Easy, tasty and it stores well.
I didn't have any red balsamic vinegar so used white balsamic instead. It was excellent! Will make again.
made this dressing for tomato and cucumber salad the best dressing it is a great base for other type of dressing think it would work for white wine and strawberry or raspberry dressing
separates very quickly
I've been on a mission, for some time now, to find the perfect homemade balsamic dressing...mission accomplished! This is, by far, the best I've found yet. So simple, yet so good. Besides using a bit less oil, I followed the recipe as written. Would be awesome with white balsamic too. Thanks for the recipe, this is definitely a keeper!
I didn’t change a thing we loved it and so did our company.
Awesome! I did add a little extra this and that but I usually do. My husband said to make it a regular dressing:)
Simple and yummy - I make this all the time. I just put it all in a glass jar with lid and shake the heck out of it, rather than dirtying up my food processor. It's best if you mix it up an hour or two ahead of time so the garlic mellows a bit.
I tripled the recipe and put in the exact measurements, but maybe I left it run in the food processor too long and it was so thick I kept having to add more vinegar until the flavor was diminished. I'll serve it to my guests tonight and hope they don't need a spoon to get it out. Nice flavor.
I would give it 10 stars if I could. I doubled the recipe, which I recommend since it does not make a lot. I put in 1/4 tsp of salt for a double recipe. And used sugar instead of honey. It was perfect.
Super easy and AWESOME,!
Tastes Great, made it just like the recipe and I can’t stop eating it.
Delicious! I used half the balsamic because I wanted a mild dressing and it was great.
This was a great recipe to which I made absolutely no changes.
Excellent!!!! Didn't change a thing!!!!!
This dressing is very good. Next time I will make it with white balsamic though. It didn't last long in the fridge which is always a good sign!
