I didn’t have canned friend onion soup so used dry onion soup mix and 1 1/2 cans of water. Halfway through baking I put a cover on. Rice wasn’t cooked all the way through so I think this should have been covered the entire baking time. Good flavor. I will try this recipe again. Read More
