Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef

  • 2 cups rice

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can French onion soup

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.

  3. Mix ground beef, rice, French onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, and Cajun seasoning together in a casserole dish.

  4. Bake dish in preheated oven until the rice is tender, about 1 hour.
