  1. Blend tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, molasses, mustard powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, ground black pepper, and sugar together in a blender.
  2. Pour blended mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until just heated through, about 5 minutes.

Very nice. A bit on the sweet side for me, but I easily adjusted this issue by starting off with half of each of the syrup and the sugar. I used brown rice syrup instead of maple. I was able to ...

I made it with half the salt, and it was too salty. I suggest making it with 1 teaspoon of salt instead.

I will definitely will make this vegan sauce agian! It was a great addition to our pig roast. Made the skin and feet so crispy!
