  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, onion, jalapeno, cucumber and cilantro.
  2. Add lime juice and Clamato(R); toss to mix well.
  3. Chill in refrigerator 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve cold with tostadas (hard tortillas) or soda crackers.

So easy and good. Even better with avocado!

We love this! I use spicy tomato juice instead. Avacado does add to the flavor.


Very good , did add diced tomato for color . Served it with multi grain scoops as a appetizer and everyone liked it .
