  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup milk


  1. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Slowly pour milk into flour mixture, stirring constantly until dough is stiff and holds together.

Cook's Notes:

Drop 1 tablespoon dough into the simmering stew or broth. Cook until dumpling is cooked through and fluffy, about 10 minutes per side.
