  1. Mix celery, salmon, red onion, mayonnaise, chili powder, and green onion together in a bowl.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • This mixture can be set in the fridge for up to 2 days. If you plan to set in in the fridge for over 3 hours, hold adding the mayo in until right before eating to prevent the salad from becoming soggy.
  • Buy the best canned salmon you can afford, or you can even grill your own salmon to make this salad out of this world delicious.
