  • Mix mayonnaise, smoked Gouda, Gouda with chipotle peppers, onion, and bacon together in a bowl; spread into a baking dish.

  • Bake in preheated oven until mixture is bubbly and lightly browned along the edges, 15 to 20 minutes.

Cook's Note:

You can also heat this in a microwave oven until bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes, and then throw under the broiler set to Low to brown, 3 to 5 minutes more.

This stuff is fantastic. I used 1/2 cup onions chopped them placed them in a clean dishcloth and rinsed with water then wrung the water out. It worked perfectly. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly made sure the bacon was not greasy served it with cut up chunks of French bread and it was gone in moments! Read More
