Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

This is super easy and delicious! I doubled the original recipe, using 1lb spicy sausage and 1lb original sausage. I precooked the hash browns in the pan that the sausage had been cooked in until they were just barely browned. Lastly, I added 1/2 tsp each of garlic powder and onion powder to the egg mixture before baking. 45mins in the oven was just enough time, even with the recipe being doubled. Fantastic recipe - I will make it again and again!
