Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

Thought the recipe was great. Used refrigerated hash browns, so that step was easier. Sauteed some chopped onion with our homemade venison/pork sausage and added some sliced, fresh mushrooms to the pan to cook a bit before adding to the mix. I cut the salt by 1/2 tsp. and it tasted just right. Made it "pretty" by sprinkling with paprika and dried parsley flakes before baking. I'll definitely be making this again.
