- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat egg yolks in medium-sized bowl with rotary beater or fork; gradually beat in condensed milk and ReaLemon(R). Stir in food coloring if desired. Pour into pastry shell or crumb crust.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Cool 1 hour. Chill at least 3 hours. Before serving, spread whipped topping over pie. Refrigerate leftovers.

Loved it! I used a Kebler 2 extra servings graham cracker crust which proved to be too large. Stick with the standard 8 or 9 inch.
Wonderful texture and the taste is Great I made this as written except I used fresh lemons . I will continue to make this again,it is wonderful and easy to make. I would love to give it 10 stars
