Bluetons (Blue Cheese Croutons)

Chef John

"We only use three ingredients here, which is why this works so well. Try to resist the temptation to add salt, pepper, or other spices, as the blue cheese will provide all the punch you need. We're going for pure blue cheese flavor in a buttery, crunchy package, and anything else would just get in the way."

I love the name, love the freezing the blue cheese trick. I will add more blue cheese next time... I feared too much and they would not be crunchy but they were super super crunchy.

I have made these 3 times in the last two weeks! I LOVE them. My husband not a huge blue cheese lover thought they were the best croutons he'd ever had. You won't be disappointed! Easy to ma...
