Absolutely scrumptious & great to grab on the go or to pack in your lunch! I utilize various veggies I've got in my fridge; and love adding sautéed asparagus, mushrooms, red pepper & Maui sweet onions to them. I also add shredded Parmesan cheese to the top! Highly recommend & super easy to make!
