  • 1 cucumber, roughly chopped

  • 3 romaine lettuce leaves

  • 3 leaves kale

  • 5 sprigs fresh parsley

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon water, or as needed

Directions

  1. Place apples, celery, cucumber, romaine lettuce leaves, kale, parsley, lemon juice, and water in a blender or juicer; process until desired consistency is reached, adding more water as needed.
