  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Press pie crust into an 8-inch pie dish.
  2. Mix maple syrup, brown sugar, evaporated milk, and eggs together in a bowl; pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until mostly set in the middle, about 45 minutes. Cool pie until middle has begun to completely set, about 30 minutes more.

  • Use amber or dark amber maple syrup.

Good pie that set up nicely. It is super sweet!

This pie was delicious! A fun maple syrup recipe to make as spring approaches. This version is very sweet. I’ve tried similar recipes that don’t add brown sugar...So it all depends on your sweet...

Made exactly as recipe said and came out like soup. Wet disappointed
