  1. Blend banana, sweet potato, cottage cheese, milk, ice, cocoa powder, molasses, honey, and almond extract together in a high-power blender (such as Ninja(R)) until smooth.

  • Almond milk or any variety of milk can be substituted for the low-fat milk.
  • A handful of almonds can replace almond extract, if desired.

Awesome. I added vanilla flavoring also.

Yum.. I used a different sweetener but this was very tasty.. will make again

this was so yummy

I wasn't sure that I would like this combination but turns out I LOVE it! I make smoothies every day and I'm always looking for new concoctions. Will be making again!!
