  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a small glass baking dish; place in oven to heat while you prepare the pudding.
  2. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth; add milk and flour and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Pour batter into the hot baking dish and bake in preheated oven until no longer wet in the center, 10 to 12 minutes.

  • For extra flavor, add gravy.

Really easy to make. I used vegetable oil because of vegetarians in the family, but looking forward to trying with beef drippings for the full flavor.

Very easy and virtually goof proof. I did use my large sized muffin tins instead of glass dishes (I'm guessing Pyrex ramekins are what is meant). Definitely must have some kind of gravy with the...

Fast. Easy. Probably not as brown as might be expected by some, but f-a-s-t, which is what I needed.
