  1. Mix cream cheese, crabmeat, sour cream, green onions, confectioners' sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in the crock of a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on Low for 2 hours, stirring at least once.

Made it exactly as recipe called for and did not care for it at all. I had a friend, who equally loves crab rangoon, try it and he had the same reaction. VERY strong fishy taste.
