Rice cooked this way is delicious. And the recipe is quite authentic, just potato is substituted for local sort of thin bread called lavash (potato is not very popular in those places) . But potato makes it even better. Try to supplement this rice with meat (lamb or beef) sautéed with fried onion, cilantro, dill, parsley, garlic chives in clarified butter and some lemon juice added
