  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda together in a bowl. Beat butter, white sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract together with an electric mixer in another bowl until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat flour mixture into butter mixture until dough is just incorporated. Spread dough out onto prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until set, about 14 minutes. Cool completely and crumble as desired.

My son is allergic to soy, which is in Oreo's. I used this recipe to make a chocolate crust for the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake. It was totally the bomb! I use this as my go-to substitute for Ore...

I made them gluten free for the bottom of a cheesecake and they were a huge hit for the cheesecake - will definitely use this recipe again. Thanks!
