  • Stir milk, rice, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest together in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook, stirring frequently, until the rice is tender and the mixture is thickened, 35 to 40 minutes.

This pudding is delicious! I used 4 1/2 cups non fat chocolate milk and 1 cup regular skim milk, so it needed 10 additional minutes on medium heat to thicken. Because I used chocolate milk, I could have gone with half as many chocolate chips. I will definitely make this again. Read More
