Cauliflower Popcorn
So easy and a good after school snack. My kids love it!

I used garlic salt and a little pepper. It was fantastic. My 4 & 5 year old love it!! We make it at least once a week.

This works perfectly for a light night snack. I used garlic powder instead of salt and halved the amount. Perfect! Thanks for the recipe.
I can honestly say that I have tried a few roasted cauliflower recipes on this site and this one is the easiest and tastiest. Thank you laqop for sharing this with us.
I sprinkled this with a little nutritional yeast...AMAZING!
This was a yummy way to eat cauliflower! I used olive oil and mixed a little bit of melted butter for flavor. Spices I used were garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. I roasted at 400 but it took longer than suggested in recipe. I roasted it for about 30-35 min total tossing twice to get all sides roasted. Then I sprinkled a little white cheddar popcorn seasoning on. My kids loved it and so did 3 other neighborhood kids!

My boys give it a big thumbs-up. Not crunchy, just basically roasted. I did shake-and-bake with olive oil and spices, good and easy! I used Italian seasoning, doll, garlic, pepper. You could easily add chili powder or paprika to kick it up if desired. Yum!
My new favorite cauliflower recipe, and so easy! My 8 and 12 yr old girls even ate it, and they say they "hate" cauliflower.
My non-veggie family loves this recipe. My kids ask me to make it regularly! I made it just as described.
Great recipe. Having made a lot of roasted cauliflower, I have learned that if you wash the cauliflower, then immediately roast it, the result will likely be mushy. I now wash mine the day before, then roast it the next day.
My kids won't touch it but my husband and I love this! He has me make it all the time. It's delicious as is but I like add a little bit of white pepper and turmeric as well. Thank you for the recipe!
This was ok for roasted cauliflower, but I don't see why it's called popcorn. It was soft, not crunchy like other cauliflower popcorn I've had.
I used coconut oil (because of a restrictive food sensitivity diet) and garlic salt. I'm not a huge fan of cauliflower, but this recipe was easy and pretty tasty. Will definitely make it again.
The family liked it --will make it again the hardest part was getting the head of Cauliflower into bite-size pieces
This is so yummy! I just tossed the cauliflower in olive oil in a gallon ziplock and then poured them out onto a cookie sheet Sprinkled them with garlic salt and then baked until they were golden brown (I turned them halfway) Note: Eat them up right away cause its not good microwaved the next day
This has become a family staple that I cook at least once a month. Everyone at home loves it and it as simple as it gets.
Wow! Fantastic. I had to remember to share. So tasteful and not to mention, low cal. This is a keeper. Loved it.
Used a 2 pound head of cauliflower. Four cloves of garlic grated, some chopped onion, oil, salt, and sprinkled on turmeric. Baked 16 minutes. Maybe I had too much cauliflower? Not much flavor.
I used sesame oil instead of olive--omg yum! Some of the cauliflower browned and it turns crispy just like popcorn! I'm impressed! This is definitely going to be a vege I'll cook more often!
I served these at a drinks party and the vegetarians love them!
This was great for my weight conscious friends. The roasting took a little longer, I just stirred occasionally for even browning. Adding some tumeric and other spices made it tasty.
Excellent. Cook until all roasted color and try more oil and garlic.
This was yummy and quick to make. I read through some reviews and added garlic powder, onion powder, Himalayan salt, black pepper and nutritional yeast. Will make again. Thanks for this recipe. Now I will eat more cauliflower!
I've made this several times and love it. I usually cut it up early in the day and let it marinate in seasoned oil in the refrigerator until I'm ready to cook it and snack. It's great with other seasonings too such as seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, and Smokey salt
I followed directions exactly. I'm not a fan. Didn't have much taste and didn't brown well.
Very good. I only made half the recipe to try it out; should have made the whole thing...it’s so good.
Very easy, very good. I was hesitant to use salt but it really makes a difference. Yummy.
Love this recipe! Great way to get your vegetables in. Easy and delicious.
Easy and good! My kids prefer this over their microwave popcorn now! We tried it with a little melted butter and garlic powder.
Made as per the recipe... It is great. I added just a little melted butter before serving and sprinkled a little grated parmesan on. Upped the calories a bit but oh so worth it. Everyone loved it.
Very good. Makes for a nice change. Makes a good snack but also great side dish. Maybe serve w/ something Italian?
Made this several times now. My husband and son aren't usually cauliflower fans but I follow recipe, sprinkle some Parmesan on it and we can't stop eating until it's all gone. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
Definitely a keeper. It's a great starting point to add your own preferred flavors. I like the Indian spiced cauliflower popcorn available on this site, but my children didn't like the turmeric flavoring. So I've both kept it simple and made complicated flavor combinations; it's all about what you and your family like. The basic recipe here will let you find a way to add cauliflower to your diet.
The cauliflower was delicious and we did not adjust the recipe. We are just looking for new healthy ways to eat. We will definitely fix this again. Thanks
