  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Whisk olive oil and garlic salt together in a large bowl; add cauliflower and toss to coat completely. Spread cauliflower out onto a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and tender, 15 to 18 minutes.

I can honestly say that I have tried a few roasted cauliflower recipes on this site and this one is the easiest and tastiest. Thank you laqop for sharing this with us.

Kudos to the mom who says her kids love it. I personally LOVE vegetables, but could barely eat this recipe. I guess I expected it to be at least somewhat crispy somewhere but it was pretty mushy...

This works perfectly for a light night snack. I used garlic powder instead of salt and halved the amount. Perfect! Thanks for the recipe.

I used garlic salt and a little pepper. It was fantastic. My 4 & 5 year old love it!! We make it at least once a week.

I sprinkled this with a little nutritional yeast...AMAZING!
