Crispy-Skin Salmon on Potato Mushroom Salad

This was pretty good. No tomatoes as hubby does not like them. I may have had the heat too high as most everything got a bit too brown (almost black). I found it hard to have so many things going on at once. But, the salmon turned out well: tasty, good texture, moist. The instructions about cooking it helped a lot re: how many minutes and how the salmon should look.
