  1. Stir boiling water and gelatin together in a bowl until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add ice and cold water; stir until ice is melted.
  2. Whisk whipped topping into gelatin mixture until smooth. Refrigerate until mixture is thickened, about 20 minutes. Spoon gelatin mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set, 4 hours to overnight.

I was happy with the taste ( I used strawberry gelatin and fresh strawberry slices)--reminded me a little of strawberry Starburst candy. Where I was disappointed was in the texture, which leaned...

It didn't set up and ended up more of a jello soup.
