Nothing fancy here just a simple little carrot salad that has a nice blend of ginger and OJ. This is so low cal low fat and low carb that I can see keeping this on hand as a snack in between meals. Read More

Great way to highlight fresh carrots. We had no candied ginger so I grated in fresh ginger and added 2 Tbls of our local maple syrup. I recommend this recipe and I think many small adjustments could be made to use ingredients on hand. Read More
