Sharon's Egg and Ham Scramble

  1. Beat eggs, milk, seasoned salt, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; saute jalapeno in hot oil until slightly softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Add ham to jalapeno and cook until heated through, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour egg mixture into ham mixture. Cook and stir until eggs are set but not dry, 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese over eggs; cook and stir until cheese is melted. Transfer eggs to a plate and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.

Great. When you go to your deli or are measuring out your ingredients; 1/2 of ham - 2.6 oz/75g (I would not buy less) 1 cup of shredded Cd. Chs. - 3.2 oz/90g Thanks you for sharing the recipe

As I was only cooking for 1. used 2 eggs, chopped jalapeno with seeds, no salt but ground black pepper,

All I had was honey ham, and that was good too.

Pretty good recipe! Used leftover dinner ham and loved the addition of the jalapeño. Next time I’ll add two because we like heat. Served with seasoned home fries and everyone liked it a lot.

Easy and great.

I don't think it needs added salt.
