  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add pumpkin liqueur, apple cider, spiced rum, and half-and-half. Cover shaker and shake until outside of shaker is frosted. Pour drink into a martini glass and garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg.

  • Dark rum can be substituted for the spiced rum if desired.
