Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Pizza Soup

- Combine chicken broth, chicken, corn, onion, barbeque sauce, garlic, salt, black pepper, and garlic salt in a slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 5 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and cut into bite-size pieces; return to slow cooker and stir.
- Ladle soup into serving bowls and top each serving with mozzarella cheese and cilantro.

We thought this was really good....definitely a different take on chicken soup. I will make this again, though next time I will add more chicken and thicken the broth just a bit.
This was good and super easy. I did reduce the bbq sauce by 1/4 C and added a can of baked beans for more bulk. Husband loved it!
