  1. Sift flour, baking powder, and sugar together in a bowl; pour in milk and butter and mix well. Stir eggs and vanilla extract into flour mixture until batter is smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

Great taste, I used powdered stevia instead of sugar. I will probably use a bit more next time.

They were very bitter. I halved the recipe, but used the entire 1/4 sup of chocolate chips (and I'd use mini if you have them). THANKS for the recipe!

I normally don't like chocolate chips in my pancakes so to make the pancake still sweet without them I added some cinnamon and honey to it. With a touch of maple syrup Delicious!!

Very good basic recipe. I did notice that the baking powder is an extraordinary amount, I only added 3 teaspoons of baking powder, not 3 tablespoons! Also, instead of adding the chocolate chips ...

Used egg whites and doubled them. I whipped to a froth first which made the pancakes really fluffy. I added cinnamon with a bit more sugar. I also used Almond Milk.
