  1. Beat mirin, champagne vinegar, sunflower seed oil, hazelnut oil, sugar, sesame oil, and ground ginger together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Let dressing sit at room temperature until the flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.


  • Cook's Note:
  • You can use just 1 tablespoon of either sunflower seed oil or hazelnut oil if you don't wish to use the half-and-half mixture of the two.

Nice, light and very delicious dressing! I served this over a simple salad, but it would be wonderful over a Chinese style chicken salad. I will be making this again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)
