We thought this was great! I added a chopped green pepper chopped mushrooms triple the amount of garlic and a lot of extra seasonings. I served this with a side salad and garlic bread. Easy and delicious! I really liked the cheddar cheese on it too. Read More

This dish was delicious! My entire family and picky neighbor really enjoyed it. I followed the recipe almost entirely. The only thing I changed was subbing the ground beef for ground venison as we have an abundance of it and adding a little more salt and some garlic powder to it after it was completed. Great dish that we will have again soon! Read More

Excellent recipe as listed. I can see it being done with sausage or adapted with peppers to a more Mexican flavor. A did add a little sugar to sweeten the tomato sauce increased the garlic to 3 cloves and added 1/2 chopped bell pepper. Lots of possibilities with this one. Read More

This was SO easy to throw together! And I had most of the ingredients inside my pantry already which made getting dinner on the table for the kids incredibly quick and tasty. In the future I will make sure to have the noodles completely done before I started browning the meat so that everything could come together much faster - I tried to boil the water while I cooked the meat and was waiting around forever for it to happen! We enjoyed this on a cold night. It's a little too tomato-y so I would adjust if I made it again. I would add some onion and more cheese. Read More
