  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown beef with onion, garlic, oregano and salt. Stir in tomato sauce, water and cooked noodles. Pour into casserole dish and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until casserole is bubbling.

My picky soon ate two helpings. Followed the recipe exacty. It was very good and very easy.

We enjoyed this on a cold night. It's a little too tomato-y so I would adjust if I made it again. I would add some onion and more cheese.

I really enjoyed this, instead of beef I used a Venison beef mix. was very delicious. I would not change anything about this recipe. Maybe next time add vegetables!!
