  1. Mix cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and allspice together in a bowl.
  2. Stir butter and honey together in a separate bowl until evenly mixed. Add cinnamon mixture with butter mixture and mix well.
  3. Place popcorn in a bowl and pour butter mixture over popcorn, flipping often to evenly coat each piece.
