Really delicious! I wish I would've read the recipe better b/c I bought reg. mozzarella cheese instead of fresh, but it worked out fine (I will get fresh and try them again!). I also topped them w/ a bit of shredded parm. Hubby wouldn't eat this for a main dish (I would), but it sure did make a great, tasty side...I will def be making these again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

great. I spooned out the mushroom gills and stem. I cooked for a shorter time higher heat turned out great with shredded Moz cheese. broil last couple minutes
10 min prep? 20 min cook? try 45 min prep and 20 min cook. My fiancée loved it
Delicious, quick and easy recipe! I made it four nights in a row!! I added some sliced olives, too. Will make it again.
These are great. The more I have in the house the more I can add. This recipe is wonderful as is, and easy to add other favorites to. We love it!
It was wonderful, the only thing that I changed was not removing the gills of the mushrooms. This is a great and simple recipe.
