I was looking for something simple and different with a citrus touch and stumbled onto this quick BBQ sauce, especially for chicken. I use this all summer. It's good on beef, too, but best on chicken.

BBQ sauces that are heavy on the brown sugar have never been a favorite of mine because they are just too sweet. The acid in the lemon and the tang of the Worcestershire helped balance the sweetness out perfectly. What I did not like was the oil because it made it, well oily. I will definitely use this recipe again the next time I run out of my go-to sauce that I can only get out of state. I will just leave out the oil. Read More
