  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add carrots to the skillet and season with grill seasoning; cook and stir until lightly golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Carefully pour balsamic dressing over carrots; cook and stir until dressing is slightly reduced, about 3 minutes. Add brown sugar to carrots and cook until dissolved, about 2 minutes.

I have never liked cooked carrots, raw, yes, but cooked bleh. The ingredients looked like a winner. Had to make my own balsamic vinaigrette because I didn't have bottled, did use brown sugar. ...

followed recipe, added about a full tbsp on brown sugar though, just like ot better and steamed my carrots before as I enjoy them softer. flavourful and easy!! will do this again.

An easy and delicious way to prepare carrots! I used baby carrots, and seasonings to taste. The home-prepared balsamic vinegar dressing and the light touch of brown sugar went well together.
