  1. Blend onion, soy sauce, browning sauce, seasoned salt, and garlic in a blender until smooth.


  • Cook's Note:
  • I have marinated beef overnight with this recipe, but also have used as little as an hour and a half. I also use Gravy Master® instead of Kitchen Bouquet® when I can't find it in any store.
  • Place marinade and beef in a zippered bag. Keep in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Very flavourful. I marinated a steak for about 3 hours and was very happy with the result. To keep it gluten free I used a homemade brown sauce and tamari sauce. Thank you for the recipe.
