  • 1 flat bread pizza crust (such as Flatout® Flatbread Thin Crust Flatbread)

  • ¼ cup crushed tomatoes with roasted garlic and olive oil (such as Furmano's®)

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh spinach

  • ¼ cup fresh chopped broccoli

  • ¼ cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper

  • ¼ cup finely chopped orange bell pepper

  • ¼ cup chopped eggplant

  • 9 slices pepperoni, chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread tomatoes onto crust. Layer spinach, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, eggplant, pepperoni, and oregano onto crust; top with mozzarella cheese.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 7 to 10 minutes.
