Okay flavor but way to thin. Instead of milk I will try it with either plain Greek yogurt or sour cream probably increase the curry powder or decrease the horseradish. I did use Miracle Whip. Tinkering might make this okay. Read More

This isn't bad. It is thin at first, like a salad dressing, but not watery. I was able to dip carrots in it. The taste was okay. I made half a batch and added another few shakes of curry powder, a good shake of cayenne pepper and 1 tsp lemon juice. Once it sat in the refrigerator for a half hour, it was thicker and could be spread on a sandwich if wanted. Read More
