  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
  2. Place salmon into the prepared baking dish. Stir barbeque sauce, mustard, white wine, soy sauce, and maple syrup together in a small bowl; pour mixture over salmon.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.

  • The type of BBQ sauce to use depends on your taste palate. I like using a thick, sweet BBQ sauce like chicken and rib sauce.

I loved the sweet combination of the maple syrup and BBQ sauce. I used a sweet bourbon grainy mustard that was just made for this recipe. I glazed fresh wild caught Atlantic salmon. Superb!!!
