Super-easy and very healthy. Don't be put off by the color, this actually tastes pretty good and is great for digestion. I use coconut water instead of pineapple juice if I want to reduce the sugar and make the smoothie even healthier.

Not very tasty but effective I think. I d recommend small intake like a small mason jar. Might be looking for another recipe that tastes better but this has to be healthy. Don t use if you are on the run because you ll have to poop about a half hour after consuming FYI Read More

It was okay! Not something that was that great! Think it was too thick or grainy! Read More

This was really tasty, with a nice healthy "green" taste, but not overpowering and nicely balanced with the fruit. Even though I used cold fruit, the smoothie came out lukewarm, so next time I would either freeze the fruit ahead of time, or add a few ice cubes. In addition, if you're making just 1 serving, I found it kind of inconvenient to only be using 1/4 of each fruit, then having to wrap everything up to store leftovers. If you're going to freeze your fruit ahead of time though, it'd be easy enough to cut everything ahead of time and freeze it. Read More

The submitter suggested using coconut water which I thought I had but didn't I did have Silk Coconut Milk and that's what I used. I liked it but if I make it again I will leave out the broccoli. Read More
